Exercise:  

45 minutes with Jackie in the park. Upper body circuit training.

WED 4.21.10

Breakfast:

1 pack instant oatmeal w/

2 scoops protein powder &

1tspn almonds

Lunch:

left over Chinese chicken salad dry

1/2c LF cottage cheese

Snack:

Shake w/ creatine

3 creatine pills (the good kind!)

Dinner:

8oz organic filet

1/2 sweet potato

2oz lentil salad (ate before the pic)

12oz fiber & water

Exercise:

40mins cardio w/weights

Legs & arm

PT:

30 mins aquatic exercise (interval training to intensity)

THURS 4.22.10

Breakfast:

1pack instant oatmeal

Pre work out snack:

1/2c lf cottage cheese

Post work out snack:

Sm.Ceaser salad w/bell peppers & chicken no dressing

Lunch:

6oz grilled chicken

Salad w/tomato, yellow pepper, capers, cashews & vinaigrette

(gave my dog the skin)

1/2 approx sweet potato w/Indian relish  

1c roasted broccoli-cauliflower
