Shake

Lunch:

6 0z Korean BBQ and salad

Dinner:

Salad and 6 oz chicken

No snacks today in the car

Lots of water with lemon

Exercise: 

Ghost work out with Craig

THURS 4.22.10

Breakfast: 

Spinach omelet with low fat swiss cheese 1 slice 

Snack:

7 almonds and fruit salad 

Lunch:

Chicken wrap 

Dinner:

Chicken breast 

6 grapes 

1 piece of string cheese 

Exercise:

Martial arts work out

FRI 4.23.10

Breakfast:

Protein shake 

Snack:

Apple 

Lunch:

Chicken and salad 400 

Dinner:

Steak and peppers and mushrooms with balsamic 500

Worked out on camera, lunges with 20 lbs, weight toe touches 20 lbs weights, biceps, triceps, head bangers 8 lbs 25 minute workout
