Mandy puts blood, sweat, and tears into this week's workout.

I have always seen myself as a spectator of sports, and now Jackie is telling me that I have an athlete in me. My husband Brett has always bragged about my athleticism in tennis, golf, football and other sports to everyone, and it almost embarrasses me because I don't see it that way. I am seeing that with focus and determination I can turn my coordination into athleticism. It makes me feel good.

The workouts seem tougher than ever, but my cardio is endurance is getting better and I am putting more into the workouts. I am trying harder than ever. Even in the mixed martial arts class, my hand was bleeding, but I kept punching.  

I am seeing results and I am motivated to keep moving in the right direction.
