I found the head-to-head competition on this week's episode quite entertaining.  I hope something similar will be featured in future seasons of TC and TCM.  Good going.

I hope someone tells Patricia that she is coming off as a nasty jealous little girl.  Her behavior is embarrassing.  Why doesn't she let the other contestants speak for themselves.  I hate when she says "The others are very surprised that Loreana won" or how she says the guys are just amazed by how fast she is.   It's obvious she has an overinflated opinion of her own talents, but its pathetic she has to try and tell the tv audience what the she believes the other chefs think of her.  I personally think her lame little salad was embarrassing.  I hate it when chefs think that their touch is so magical that a salad is just divine coming from their special hands.  I think Patricia is just jealous that Loreana is more famous and more feminine.  

Patricia is acting like a child, and it's time she went home...she's not nearly as good as she thinks she is!  She looks down on Lorena and it's obvious...frankly, I think Lorena is a sweet spark of energy! and an awesome cook!  I couldn't have been happier she beat Patricia, too cocky by far. 

Where was the sexy Francis Lam last night? I hope he'll be back.
