Takashi had an event to raise money for Japan, in March, 2011, and brought some of his big-name friends to help out, including Paul Kahan, Paul Virant, Jimmy Bannos Sr, Jimmy Bannos Jr, Tony Montuano, Sarah Stegner, Dean Zanello, and 'Top Chef's' Sara Grueneberg.
