Cliff is a confident, competitive and outspoken Executive Chef for Salute restaurant in New York City. He is easily charming and yet intimidating at the same time. He says that his coworkers think he is angry all the time in the kitchen but it is only his passion for the culinary arts coming though.

Since his days as a college athlete, there is nothing he doesn't compete in or play to win. Cliff's wise-cracking remarks and fierce competitiveness will be sure to give the other chefs a run for their money. In his spare time, Cliff enjoys watching movies to add to his already ridiculous amount of movie knowledge.
