Fabio, you were truly my favorite in the show. Your charisma, and your personality shined. You made me laugh from week to week with just your way of being. I was sad when you didnt win, I totally thought you deserved it. I was extremely happy you won fan favorite, no one could have deserved that but you. Especially: During the Restauaraunt Wars..I just hope that there will be more Top Chef like you. I am glad that you had won the Last Supper. Especially cooking for Lydia. Fabio: I think if you do your own TV show, you'll be a bigger hit than Emeril Live! If so, I cannot wait to watch. I am Italian too, but the youngest (a lot younger) than a whole line of cooks, who died before I was born. Go on TV so I can learn more Italian cooking from a REAL Italian chef!! I think you got robbed several times on the show. You should have at least beaten Stefan.

I started out this season being irritated by Carla, but by the end of the season, I really loved watching her on the show. I wish she had won fan favorite, but Fabio's personality won that for him all the way.

I think Carla should be given her own show, her zest and love of cooking is so evident that it would be an instant success.

Best of luck Carla, keep putting your heart and soul into your food and you can go anyplace you desire!

Paging Tom, Padma and Gail!!!! I think a cooking show for Fabio and Stefan is a great idea. I just love those 2 chefs, they are so fun to watch and I think their show would be a hit. Carla can be a good addition to the show because she is really hilarious, I love her as well. Too many chefs in the kitchen? I don't think so, Fabio and Stefan plus Carla ...that's recipe for a successful show.

If somebody doesn't sign Fabio to some kind of tv show quick, they're nuts!

After I send Fabio a letter telling him about a treatment for his mother's health problem, he wrote me back such a sweet letter and included a signed photo. I haven't been this excited since I got materials for the David Cassidy Fan Club when I was 9 years old. Love you Fabio!!! Good luck with all your continued success!!!

How about a show with you AND Stefan!!!!

We have a large family, 7 kids, 2 parents and we all loved Top Chef this year. My favorite was Fabio and I am so pleased that this show got him the coverage that I am sure he deserved! What a great role model he is, my family comes from Irish imigrants and I am thrilled that he is doing well here! Go Fabio, I will buy your book and hope to visit your restaurant someday!

Fabio: I don't know if you'll ever see this but you are by far my favorite of ALL seasons of chefs on Top Chef. You seem to be a very honest and charming guy. You had no problems with anyone and everybody had nothing but good things to say about you! That says a LOT!

Stefan is your pal and we all were cheering when at the dinner table you said with all honesty Stefan's last course was what it was and you said Hosea did the best start to finish.

It was one of those real moments where a nice guy told the truth even though everyone knew you and Stefan were friends. Your honesty and integrity and genuineness is much appreciated and respected.

I have watched Top Chef since the second season. I caught up with the first season in re-runs. All of which is to say, Fabio was by far the most entertaining chef of all, and the nicest. Fabio was totally Italian, with all that really implies. Not the bad boy stuff from New York, or the mafia stuff from New Jersey - but the love of food and friends that typifies REAL Italian men.
I can't wait to visit the restaurant in Napa, but after reading how busy Fabio's life is right now I know I can't count on him being my chef.

Fabio-I, too, am a huge fan of yours and Top Chef from the very first show of the very first season. By far, this season was the absolute best of the best. Kudos to all involved. The amazing talents of all the chefs was a delight to watch and learn from. I haven't tried any recipes yet from this season, but your book is definately on my want list! Your personality and generosity during the show consistantly proved what a good person you are. Your family must be so very proud of you. You were my choice for Fan Favorite,that's for sure. Fabio -- as you said: "It's not how many dragons you kill, it's who brings home the princess." Though you didn't "kill the last dragon" of the season, you certainly took home the "princess." Future contestants can and should learn from your experience on TC. Perhaps now that everyone has seen the benefit opportunity from just being a cheftestant, we'll see less of the foul-mouth chair-kickers, etc.

Although you breaking your pinky was not a good thing, I almost peed my pants when you were stating that you "rather cut it off, seared it so it will stop bleeding and then deal with nine fingers tomorrow" you are hysterical. Congratulations on winning Fan Favorite!! I voted for you, because you were my favorite all season. I was hoping that you would win Top Chef.

During the season, you had said that you wanted to win Top Chef, because you wanted to help your mother, but during the reunion show, you said you were going to use the money for your restaurant. Part of the reason I voted for you was because you seemed so sincere about wanting to help your mother out. I am hoping that you did not say that about your mom just so people would vote for you.

You are truly a talented Chef and I wish you the best of luck with your family and restaurant!

I had the pleasure of eating at Fabio's Cafe Fireneze Friday night. Not only was it wonderful, Fabio himself was funny and kind and involved with everyone who was there. The food was roll your eyes in the back of your head good. The staff was incredible and it was just wonderful. Price, was even better...I have paid far more for far less. I will be going back again and again...

This was absolutely the best season of Top Chef yet! Thanks for the great choices. Without question, Fabio was my favorite - his charm and comments were always so adorable (What is this, Top Chef or Top Scallops?) Stefan (or Fabio) should have won because of his consistently outstanding culinary creations. I got so tired of Leah trying to sabotage others and she proved again and again that she didn't have what it takes. Her youth was apparent. I loved Toby Young, too. The best was, of course, the favorite. Fabio, you're the greatest and you can kiss the top of my head anytime!!

I have been watching Top Chef from the beginning and although I've enjoyed all of the previous seasons, this season was the absolute best! What a great bunch of chefs! My favorite was Fabio and I wanted him to win fan favorite, but I wouldn't have been too sad if Carla had won. She's a great chef and person. I am sad that Stephan didn't win Top Chef though. He is a better chef than Hosea and had proved that many times. Congrats on the best Top Chef season ever!!!

I have watched Top Chef from the first episode. I love the show and the judges. This season was by far the best not only for recipes, but the contestants were wonderful! I was very impressed on one of the episodes where the refrigerators were not cooling correctly and it effected Hosea and Radika. The whole team jumped in and helped them make it thru the challenge. On some of the previous shows some of the contestants would never have helped and would have just let their counterparts drown. I can't wait until the next Top Chef comes out.

Two things: I really love Fabio. He is an example of perseverance and good-hearted individual. He definately deserves to be our favorite. The other thing I need to say is that the real Top Chef is Stefan. Hosea is a good chef, no doubt, but Stefan proved to be the all-round best. It is a pity the judges made that final decision without taking into account all the previous performances he made.

Ah Fabio! After the first show I said I hoped you'd get your own TV show. I love your quotes and your food. Made your roasted chicken for the family last night! They weren't excited until it came out of the oven. I'm a pretty good cook, but was pronounced the best bird of any sort that I've ever made. I was so glad that Fabio won Fan Fave. I voted for him a couple times. He appears to have a wonderful, loving personality. All in all, this was a much better competition. Not as much "bitchiness" and back-biting as in previous shows. These chefs acted more like adults...with a few exceptions.

Good for you and congrats on all of your success! While I voted for Stefan as my fan fave; you were also on my mind as a favorite. Your positive spirit was contagious. I agree that European men are more open in their affection for each than the American counterparts. It seems as though American men are too homophobic to embrace each other for friendship sake. It's really sad because Americans, in general are known for our openness (except that!). You truly are one in a million. You really deserved the title and "the love" from the viewers. Best of luck!
