Isn't that the basics????

Bravotv.com: Some people thought it was cruel to send Lauren home so quickly. What's your take on it?
It is sad, but somebody had to leave and it was not going to be me.

Bravotv.com: For the Elimination Challenge, what was the inspiration for your dish?
My Persian friend Omid and Persian food I love.

Bravotv.com: If you had a choice of which neighborhood, which would you have preferred to cook?
Finnish. Does that exist in New York???

Bravotv.com: What was it like cooking for Jean-Georges and getting those nice comments from him?
Best compliment I have gotten and very proud of it.

Bravotv.com: What did you think of the other chefs' dishes?
Some good, some not so.

Bravotv.com: Have you been recognized already? What has been the reaction from your friends and strangers?
Friends know me as confident. Strangers were very positive and to all my lesbian friends: I lovvve Jamie and I did not call her a douche. Love you Jamie.

Bravotv.com: In the first episode, you and Fabio seem to get in a little tiff with Danny about vinaigrettes -- what happened?
A bottle of wine. Ha! Danny, love you and dawrk meat. Fabio, he did not say dog meat. Ha!

Bravotv.com: Anything to say in defense of yourself in the first episode?
Nothing to say. I know Im a little "over-confident," (wink wink). I don't see it as cocky and the wink wink was for Jeff.
