And even her kids manage to be "happy" with the nominally healthy alternatives.

Kourtney Kardashian isn't shy about revealing the magnitude of her sweet tooth, but she also likes to keep everything gluten and dairy free and prepare food that's as clean and healthy as possible in her own kitchen. 

On her members-only website, she just gave away some of her go-tos for making that challenging task happen IRL, showing fans what ingredients she returns to again and again to make her own baked goods.

People made a veritable shopping list of what's inside Kourtney's pantry. She's a big fan of gluten-free flours, including several Bob's Red Mills varieties: an all-purpose flour, a super fine almond flour, and a sweet rice flour.

She also favors coconut products such as coconut oil, shredded and unsweetened coconut, and even coconut flour. Behind the paywall of her website live several of her personal coconut recipes, including macaroons and pudding.

Since going gluten and dairy free last spring, Kourtney has noticed positive behavioral changes in her kids. And she says the practice is actually doable: The kids eat a lot of vegetables and salads, but she's not super militant about it all.

“Of course, we pick our battles and I do let the kids have popcorn at the movies and a churro at Disneyland,” she wrote on her site. “But for birthday parties, which can sometimes be every weekend, I bring extra gluten- and dairy-free cupcakes… and they are happy with that."
