-
Even at is saddest moments, former Avenue chef Roblé Ali is adorable.
-
Eric Ripert
Wait, did we say Bourdain is our favorite silver fox? He's got some competition with swoon-worthy Eric Ripert. Did we mention Chef Ripert has a French accent? Sorry, Anthony, that just might give him the upper-hand. The French chef is best known for his restaurant Le Bernardin in NYC, but he is also a partner in Westend: A Bistro by Eric Ripert in Washington, D.C., and 10 ARTS by Eric Ripert in Philadelphia.
-
Johnny Iuzzini
Have a sweet tooth? This guy's for you. Chef Iuzzini is Executive Pastry Chef at Jean Georges in New York, NY. He is also author of Dessert Fourplay.
-
Rocco DiSpirito
Last in Executive Chef role at Rocco's on 22nd Street, Rocco is probably best known to Bravo viewers as one of Top Chef's most beloved guest judges. Rumor has it he might be opening another restaurant. We'll believe it when we eat it.
-
Anthony Bourdain
Foodies' favorite silver fox is still Chef-at-Large at Les Halles, but this chef is probably best known for his Travel Channel show No Reservations, where he eats his way across the globe.
-
Lachlan MacKinnon-Patterson
This chef first caught our eye competing on Top Chef Masters. Although he didn't move on to the Champions Round, we think he'll be OK. He is owner of Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder, CO, and was named Best Chef: Southwest by the James Beard Foundation in 2008.
-
Jamie Oliver
Probably best known as "The Naked Chef," this Brit is owner of Jamie's Italian in Oxford.
-
Bobby Flay
We'd throw down with this chef any time. The chef is not only basically Mr. Food Network, but he is chef and co-owner of restaurants from here to Paradise Island.
-
Marcus Samuelsson
You could call him the Swedish chef, but this Ethiopia native worked in Switzerland, Austria, France, and the U.S. before landing at Aquavit, and eventually becoming a co-owner. He is also served as guest judge during Top Chef's Last Supper episode, featuring other culinary greats such as Jacques Pepin and Lidia Bastianich.
-
Sam Talbot
Sorry, ladies. This Top Chef Season 2 contestant is off the market, but visit Surf Lounge in Montauk, Long Island, and you just might spot this tall drink of water. (OK -- we just grossed ourselves out.) Sam has also signed on as the chef at a seafood restaurant in the Mondrian Hotel, opening late next year.
-
Spike Mendelsohn
Once a Top Chef competitor, appearing in Season 4 in Chicago, now he runs Good Stuff Eatery in Washington, D.C. with his family.
-
Tom Colicchio
This chef needs no introduction ....
-
Harold Dieterle
The original Top Chef if you will, this Season 1 winner, took his no-BS in and out of the kitchen opening his West Village establishment Perilla in May 2007.
