And, for the first time in Top Chef history, the Quickfire will be judged on presentation and plating only -- not taste. In the Elimination Challenge, the chefs prepare a traditional three-course Italian meal in one of New York's most famous and exclusive restaurant's, Rao's. The Sopranos' Lorraine Bracco returns to Top Chef as the guest judge.
