Andrew works as Executive Chef of 24 Diner, an upscale casual 24 hour diner focusing on seasonal, local and clean ingredients in Austin, Texas. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors in Animal Science- Pre-Veterinary Medicine, a semester in Italy emphasized his love for food, wine, and family. The focus shifted from saving them to cooking them, and he never looked back. Traveling has always been a way for Andrew to learn food and cuisine through culture and language. Italy has always held a soft spot in his heart, and the rustic style of its cuisine is his favorite to cook. While stints in Mexico, Costa Rica and Vietnam have added to his culinary arsenal, his love for classic clean flavors always shines through!
