"It's a picture of a Phoenix. It is a legendary bird/dragon/peacock. Not only does it represent beauty, but strength and resilience as it rises from its ashes. Thus, it is immortal. It is a noble creature. These are ideals that I seek.
I've been through the fire in my life many times, but somehow rise from the ashes."

"These are pics of my cooking sleeve. It is my way of showing my dedication to my craft, and I wanted something different than I have seen before. It is a lobster being cooked by a pot, a pig going through a meat grinder, a knife cutting up a fish, a screaming lemon, and an egg beater chasing eggs around the kitchen. It is my idea of what goes on in the kitchen at night after we leave."

"This is my Joe Ledbetter sleeve. It is five of his paintings put together. I wanted to get this because I really like his art and they transfer really well to being tattoos. Some of it is still food-based. The first one is a bear at a picnic and all of his food is flying away, the second is a baby saber tooth tiger riding a flying piece of ham, the others are called balancing act and two other characters are on the inside of my arm."

"The Libra symbols on my back are my birth sign which keep me balanced. The one in the middle of my back was my first tattoo, which s a tribal sun and moon. I got it when i was 18."

"The one around my belly button us just a design i liked."

"This is my right-leg sleeve. It is an Asian-style tiger and dragon fighting. It is balance between the two, and I just like the style of art."
