People need to stop defending stassi's behaviour. She is an adult and should know better. She is a spoiled child.

So maybe Stassi is "bitchy" at times when dealing with people...but she is maybe the most REAL and SYMPATHETIC person on the show...  She's no more "manipulative" or "bitchy" than anyone else on the show!!!  She's pretty and sympathetic and strong...I LOVE HER!

Stassi is getting a very bad rap.  In the first few episodes I totally agree she was ''unreal'' in her pomposity and self-delusion.  BUT she gradually is changing, that is, she is softening.  She has a lonnnng way to go but she's getting there one step at a time.  Her 'journey'' is interesting and ingratiating.

Stassi is not a ''bad'' girl, just spoiled and terribly misguided - and so insecure. Her tears are sincere.  Her whining is sincere. She is clueless why people don't like her.

Lisa might be the first genuine and caring adult Stassi ever has known.

Lisa, Stassi needs to question not only her choice of words but her entire attitude.  I have a younger sister who is, what I like to call "Queen of the Me Generation" however I think Stassi has to be the high priestess!  I understand you are a kind hearted person, but once she gets in the "real" world, nobody will put up with that.  I don't care how cute she is.  Let her experience the real world.  You're not her mother, her mother should have taught her better!

Sorry Lisa, but I don't agree with you about Stassi.  She is a bully, she wants all her friends to kiss her but and she bullys men.  I'm glad that Frank had the sense to walk away from her and I hope Jax does the same.  Did you see the scene where she had lunch with her mom and dad, her mom is just like her THINKS SHE'S A PRINCESS AND EVERYONE SHOULD COW DOWN TO THEM.  Stassi only says and bullys people whenever you aren't around.  I'm happy for Laural Lee to be moving away from all of them.  Good luck on DWTS!

I have the utmost respect for your integrity and business acumen, so I really am perplexed why you tolerate Stassi's absolutely cruel bullying of other employees.  There's a really hostile work environment  going on, and really unprofessional behavior among the staff.  Being your daughter's friend is no excuse for keeping her.  It's not enough that she's nice to you and Pandora when she abuses other employees to an extent I've never seen.

Jax is a jerk and should be fired over the way he treated Laura lee! And Stassie is more trouble than she is worth! Take it from this great grandmother if you get rid of these two and their drama, life will be wonderful!

Lisa I think you're great, but... why are you so loyal to Stassi? In the scheme of things, what has she done for you and Pandora that is so profound  that you let her get away with murder? She is a horrible person. She has no redeeming quality. She is a calculating, manipulative, selfish, and a bully of a girl... everyone else sees it... even Frank...in that VERY short amount of time. Why do you turn a blind eye on her evilness?

I've followed you to VPR from RHOBH, and believe me, I ran to this show.  I won't waste me time watching it. I could never be that bored. Again, I'm not the demographic that bravo is trying to reach. (thirty year old children without manners). YOU are the reason we followed. Your class and eloquence, funny humor, wonderful husband, family, dog, house, clothes, jewelry :) you know where I'm going with this..... I think you should teach that girl to be a woman, far cry from lady.

Lisa, I know Stassi is young but even a blind man could see the similarities between Stassi & Frank hooking up & how betrayed Jax felt by Frank was actually worse than Jax hooking up with the other girl..sorry can't remember her name.  Stassi needs a brutal dose of reality.  She doesn't like when others dish the same meal back to her, then she shouldn't dish the meal in the first place.  Love you Lisa!  You, Ken & Jiggy are all down to earth & love you all!  Kyle did you a favor by hurting you as if you were still really good friends, she would only hurt & betray you more & more as that is her MO.  She isn't the same person that you befriended in the start.  Believe me, she did you  a favor!

I have to say you are the most gorgeous lady and I adore you and your husband. I just recently started watching Vanderpump rules & I was hooked. I myself have been in the restaurant business as a server/bartender for over 20 yrs & I laugh at what you deal with as far as the staff sleeping together, the girl fights and how fast one can turn on another and become friends with the enemy of yesterday. haha  I than realized you were on The housewives of Beverly Hills and I have been hooked on that show too. I have never watched any of the Housewives reality shows until I enjoyed watching you. You are bless with an awesome family, your husband truly shows how much he adores and loves you & I pray one day I will meet someone with his qualities. Did you ever show him the gift you received from Taylor??  haha  BOB (battery operated boyfriend). I loved the swing he made for you. If I ever get a chance to come out to LA I am hoping to meet you @ Sur and buy you a drink. Stassi consumes the show with negativity. I quit watching it. Why doesn't Bravo focus on the staff pursuing their dreams along with a little work drama? I think that would be much more interesting than listening to Stassi talk about how she wants to torture people. They all seem talented, hard working, interesting and focused young adults and Stassi has hijacked the show.

Your loyalty to Stassi because of her relationship with your daughter...doesn't sound like very good judgement for your business.  Seeing how she ignores schedules, makes all the other employees miserable....I guess it's just done for TV drama....no real boss would keep an employee like her.....You might also teach her what the word "literally" means...since she uses it so freely....

Stassi is soooo immature.  She thinks by making fun of everyone she's tuff but she's not.  She is jealous and needs to grow up. Alot of them are immature, but she talks about Jax growing up.  Well she needs to.   I would love if Stassi would "leave Sur forever". I can't believe your daughter is friends with her. Your daughter "seems" so much classier than her, but this IS just a show.

Watching this show and characters in play- if there is anything Lisa understand, they have a lot of growing up to do emotionally. Other than the chaotic emotion they display- Lisa is happy with the way they work. They bring a lot to  the prestige of SUR - a young trendyrestaurant. The staff certainly understand to demonstrate professionalism while at work- or it is over. They obviously make a good living at SUR.

I have been a restaurant manager for over 20 years and I must say that I find this company disturbing.  Maybe its a slice of the pie that we are seeing (and yes, I realize this is reality tv) but over all I sincerely hope this is not an accurate depiction of your restaurant.

First, I know how employees engage with other employees.  I am very aware of the loyaties, disloyalties, distorted perceptions of realities, work ethics (and lack thereof), partying, attitudes and egos of restaurant employees within the ranks.  This is a true representation of almost all restaurants in the world.  However, I cannot understand how an owner would allow herself to be dragged into the drama of these people.  You have a manager(s) for this type of adult babysitting.  Speaking of managers-your main issue is that your manager Peter is allowed to fraternize with subordinates.  This is totally unacceptable in almost all companies both restaurants and "real" job arenas.  How can you expect to conduct business as an owner when you are being dragged back into the high school dramatics department?  It underminds the goals of being successful.  You need to have a company policy/rules of conduct book in place and not defer from policies if you want this behavior from your staff and managers to discontinue.

Second, if you had some policies in place, your front of the house manager wouldn't feel so stressed, anxious and overwhelmed by shift changes, call offs and no call/no shows of the wait staff.

Third, you need to fire most of this staff.  Their dramatics is insulting to the staff that works hard, shows up on time, covers for the slackers (like Stassi) and gets the job done.  It would be so nice for the public to see a hard working staff that is proud to work at an establishment because of a job well done, high standards of integrity and solid management and not based on if all the staff was beautiful, could fit into a size 0 of a bandana dress and sleep with anything that stands upright for more than 10 seconds.

Did you not hear Stassi sum up all of her negativity.  She sounded rather proud of herself.  Seriously she needs to get a grip.  You are surprised at some of the things she has said then state be patient they are young.  She is down right mean spirited and with your class you should know you need to  get rid of her.  She is the reason for all the disgusting attitudes at SUR. 

I think you are a very classy and smart business woman and I suppose that keeping some of your employees is in the best interest of the show and for business, but please, please as a mental health professional, do not continue to ignore Stassi's toxic behavior.  That kind of threatening, bullying behavior is not appropriate in any situation, but I think especially on national TV and in a business setting...Good Luck

I have been a fan of yours from day one of the Beverly Hills Housewives. You and Ken are a delight. I am now a fan of your new show, but as a viewer of your show, I must say to you FIRE STASSI!!!!! This young women is so not a nice person. She  is so dangerous to your business. She is really very pretty, but has no brains. She must learn to be a class act and be a kind and understanding human being. She treats everyone at SUR with such disrespect. You can replace her in an instant. She has even said on the show that she is thinking of going back to college so she can have her father pay all her bills. How awful a person is the young women. She is truly a soulless human being. Please save your business. You and Ken deserve all the best. You and your husband are kind and gentle people. Thanks for reminding the rest of us how to be classy, wise and most importantly kind hearted people.

You have managed to build an eminent trademark in The Real Housewives but this show is not doing you any good instead the opposite.

If this show is thought to promote your brand and business you really gotta step it up and show who sets the rules.

Nobody wants to dine at a white trash restaurant and quite honestly thats how the place and your staff is appearing which is very sad considering that you are such a classy lady!   

Im not sure i wanna continue watching this show, coz i still wanna keep the old image of you. 

I have worked in the restaurant industry for a long time. It is obvious that Lisa is creating a show, not a legitimate business. A girl like Stassi would not last in the real world. She has no personality, talent or beauty-inner or outer. Someone who acts like that cannot be beautiful or kind, sadly she is a waste of a human soul. Lisa does not help these "kids" by allowing them to drink at work, only fueling the drama and insane behavior. I understand a show is better with antics and drama, but Stassi is sadly like a rabid animal, lashing out with no self respect. She is not hurting anyone but herself. Jax is not perfect, but how a man can find someone like Stassi attractive is beyond me. Sheis always berating him for not being good enough. What has she done that he has not? Stassi lives off her parents and the unfortunate good graces of Lisa to keep her employed. She needs to seek help. Lisa needs to stop enabling a monster.

I love Stassi, she knows how to be classy and sling mud with the best of them. She is strong and intense. They should be scared of her she is the only that can carry a show.
