Andy Cohen looks forward to a big Monday, while recounting his Halloween shenanigans.
I'm in the TODAY greenroom waiting to go on, and preparing for this day whilst recovering from the weekend. Tonight is not only the "Women of SNL" special on NBC but a special Watch What Happens Live at 10 with Kandi and Patti LaBelle. How fun!
The madness of the weekend really started with dressing Giggy up for Halloween on Watch What Happens Live. In case you didn't see it, here's a montage:
Friday after work I bought the second book of Suzanne Collins' Hunger Games trilogy and and de-voured it! One more to go, and I am saving Mockingjay for the weekend. I can't get enough. After the book I went to Bedlam in the East Village, my new favorite spot. It was a blast.
Saturday was a lot of TCB-ing that took me to the far reaches of Chinatown and back. That night I went to an Allison Sarofim's legendary
West Village Halloween party where the theme was Calder Circus and the freaks brought it for a fiesta under the big top. Among a zillion people like Matt Dillon (still looks Outsiders-hot) and Mister Mickey (as a sequined ringleader), I saw Work of Art judge Bill Powers who did something very cool with his already cool hair. For the 18th year in a row, I wore my yellow sequined tails, supplemented this year by a top hat from the SNL costume dept., and I was a circus ringmaster, which was so much like my day job that en route to the next party I ran home and put on my St. Louis Cardinals uniform and became a ballplayer. Here are my friends Hunter and Perry as Seigfried and Roy.:
Last night I hit the streets to see what the people were wearing. And I saw A LOT of Bravo represented. Here's a blurry pic of me and "Dwight," which was not Dwrong!
And here is me when I discovered that "Dwight" was with all the "girls"!!
Oh man I love Halloween. I will see you tonight on SNL and live at 10 on Bravo!
