Andy Cohen sympathizes with Kate Gosselin's 'DWTS' elimination.

on Apr 21, 20100

Is there anything sadder than Kate Gosselin's crushing vote-off on last night's DWTS? I only saw it online this morning but I am really feeling Kate's pain this morning. What courage.

I am kidding, of course. I don't give a crap about her. I really don't, in any sense. I was just amused at the weight and importance of her elimination and it reminded me of Valerie Cherish.

Last night I had a blast with Patti Stanger on the live Millionaire Matchmaker Reunion. We got through A LOT of questions, so I was psyched that we had a whole hour to chat.  Patti is so FAST with her answers and is certainly never short on opinions.

It is so gorgeous here, and I know I keep saying that but it IS and we worked so hard for this, slogging through the cold.... The allergies are INSANE though. I am in varying degrees of misery as the moments pass.

We're running a marathon of Top Chef Season 2 right now and I am obsessed.  I loved that INSANE season.

Have a great day! (No, I haven't seen the Madonna Glee yet but I can't wait.)

Ms Garcia,

I think you missed Andy's point - - re-read his comment. The Gosselins no longer have that wonderful family unit and should be attending to the children and stop seeking more fame. Kate Gosselin is a nurse and her husband is an IT designer but they want to have a career in show business. Material things, a stable family does not make. Their 15 minutes of fame is done, over! It is time for them to become "average" again and work on their troubles in private as they are a train wreck. She has nothing but money and dysfunctional children to gain from all of this. They need to wipe out the last 5 years, downsize a bit, go back to their former jobs and become responsible parents. I'm amazed that you give her so much credit and call her courageous!

Andy, You are the greatest; have you considered writing a book about your life? Bethenny is numero uno with me. Could you ask her to explain more about her relationship with her father. Why wouldn't he see her on his deathbed? I would be interested in reading a book about her life and upbringing - especially her family relationship. I wish her all the best.

I loved the Patti reunion. She's quick to answer because she knows her stuff and is confident. I love her and can't wait for the next season already! :)

Andy,

Love your show and big fan of Bethenny. When Bethenny is on tomorrow night, can you please ask her if she regrets slamming LuAnn in the matter that she did at the fashion show? I know that she normally doesn't have regrets, but calling her a snake was one thing, but does she regret calling LuAnn out on her marriage and the impact it could have on Luann's kids?

Thanks so much.

I felt bad too after seeing her get booted off! You did too right? Just the fact that she tried so hard, showed a lot of courage...and in the face of so much hatred being spewed...I am surprised that she has been able to manage it. Her children are so adorable and people loved watching them...I hope they are not hurt indelibly by the harsh criticisms that they see about their parents. It's supposed to be "entertainment" right?

Hi Andy, REALLY enjoyed you and Patti last night. I recorded and just now saw "Glee". Good stuff. Hope you enjoy it as well. Jane Lynch's "Vogue" vid is Insanely Fabulous!
