Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux recently celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary. And now, 12 months after saying "I do" we're getting a few more details from one of the celebrities who attended the nuptials. When Amy Sedaris sat down on Watch What Happens Live on Wednesday, she spilled the tea about being one of Justin's groomsmen. And, as you can see from the photo above, she's known the actor/screenwriter "for a long time," which, in our opinion, made her the perfect candidate for the gender-bending role at the nuptials.
"She had three friends, she had three ladies. And Justin had like 8 best men, I mean I was a best man, but eight whatever you call them, groomsmen," she said. While many of the details about their wedding remain top-secret, Amy dud sort of confirm that there were many, many A-listers in attendance. Not that she noticed. "You were so focused on them as a couple and really it was a perfect wedding," she said. "It was perfect."
And while the couple didn't want any gifts, Amy did get something for her longtime bestie. "They didn't want any gifts. I did end up giving Justin a braille ashtray. Cause I gave him one a long time ago and he lost it, or it broke," she said. "So I gave him a new braille ashtray. It was made in the 50's; it's for blind people. "It's just the alphabet and then it has a seeing eye dog in the center."
Fellow wedding guest, Whitney Cummings, shared more insider secrets when she was on WWHL last September, revealing how awesome Howard Stern's speech about the couple was. "Hilarious and all he did was talk about how he didn’t know Justin well enough to be there. It was very funny," she said. And, much like Amy she broke the rule and got a gift -- for Jennifer. "I gave her a ring that said JT, initials," she said. "I gave her, basically, an engagement ring for her wedding."
