Coast to Coast

Andy Cohen heads to Los Angeles after a relaxing Hamptons weekend.

Good morning. I'm up bright and early heading to Los Angeles for the annual TV critics gathering. I'm tired because we went out after the show last night with Ms. Janney and Mr. Hickey. Don't forget that tonight is Part 2 of the RHONY Reunion. At 10/9c on Bravo....

The weekend was gorgeous and a lot of fun. I'm on the cover of the new issue of HAMPTONS magazine with a lot of cool pics and a great interview written and conducted by my pal Mark Consuelos. So the magazine is kind of strewn all over the area and I saw it in random, funny places over the weekend, which was amusing.

Friday night was fun at the Palm in East Hampton and an overdue catch-up with Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy. They were in vacation-mode, which is something you don't see every day. The porch was hopping and we saw Hoda Kotb with her mystery man Jay, and Donny Deutch.

Saturday I parked it at Main Beach where the water was perfection. I threw a football and read Rob Lowe's new book. So at least one of those activities made me feel quite butch and for a moment I considered changing my name to Mandrew. Saturday night was a laugh-filled dinner at Sen with friends.

Sunday was another beach day, and then I braved very crappy traffic to narrowly make it home in time to go to the Clubhouse for Christmas in July with Allison Janney and John Benjamin Hickey. We played a really fun game involving Julie Chen as our narrator, live from her Chenbot lair, and then she came charging in the Clubhouse doors to surprise everyone and join for our After Show. You may wanna check it out HERE because she and I got into a really funny "But First" chenbot duet!
