Jimmy is King
Andy Cohen recounts his appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
I had so much fun on Fallon last night. Jimmy's enthusiasm is infectuous and pretty much the whole 6th floor reverberates fun and good vibes. I had been wondering all day what song The Roots would play when I walked onstage and was pleasantly surprised when I heard them jam "Tardy for the Party." Surreal-ness.
Jimmy let me stick around after the segment to listen to Twisted Sister sing "We're Not Gonna Take It," and that was a fist-pumpingly awesome affair. Oh and I met a few Twisted Sisters guys backstage and they're big WWHL fans. What are the chances of that?
Tonight, the Top Chef Masters cook for The Biggest Loser contestants and are challenged to create healthy versions of fairly unhealthy food. It's not easy, and chaos may or may not ensue! (It does).
Watch the Hughnibrow.
I'm attending opening night of Larry Kramer's The Normal Heart tonight, and I can't wait. It stars Ellen Barkin, Joe Mantello, John Benjamin Hickey, Lee Pace, and Jim Parsons. I expect it to be a massive critical and commercial smash hit.
OK guess who has a crapload of work to do today? If you guessed "Andy" you would be correct. Have a great one.
