I somehow dropped a medicine ball on my face this morning at the gym. It was awkward and hilarious and painful all at the same time. (I was doing crunches with the med ball between my knees and the sucker slipped out.) Amazing that I have no medicine ball print on my face, but the day is young. So that happened.
Tonight is a brand new Flipping Out and the season finale ( Waaaaaaaah!) of Million Dollar Decorators. That seems like a perfectly reasonable way to beat the heat.
I'm in the back of a Prius cab (my fave kind for various reasons, but maybe not the one you think) and my driver, Badul, is concurrently a brake fanatic and very heavy on his horn. So I feel we're really causing a scene up Sixth Avenue. That was us, if you heard the horn.
My old friend Harry Smith had his first day at NBC News yesterday and stopped by Bravo HQ on the 46th floor. It was a lot of laughs for us. I started my career as his intern in 1989! I am so excited he's in the same building as me, and that NBC News got him.
Have a great day.
I love Harry Smith too . . he seems like a genuine gentelman. I am sure you were the best intern he ever had! He must feel proud that he gave you "your start in the business." You have certainly worked hard and have brought some of the most unique new reality shows to televsion!!
How did a medicine ball between your knees hit your face? Still trying to figure out what you must do at the gym.
Dear Andy--Don't wait for Spaulding or Voight to appear on your sweet face--no matter how busy you are put ice on it--works wonders. Feel better!
I loved Flipping out last night Andy.Gage is the balance that Jeff Lewis needs.I would love to see them on a date to see if Jeff really can be a loving partner and not a stressed out businessman.I love Jenni, Gage is great, Trace is adorable, Sarah seems to try ,but maybe the job isn't for her.And Zoila.....she is a treasure.I do hope she stays with Jeff forever........And when are the two Joshes and that adorable Madison coming back? It's time to bring them all back! And Andy, i hope you find love one day, unless you already have and just want to keep it quiet.Which if you do, i understand.kisses to you!
I am happy for Harry Smith, too! He is one of my all-time favorite - good for him! Love the fact that he went to college in Pella, Iowa, "Go Dutch"!!! "Watch What Happens Live" is fabulous!
