This morning, I am getting on a plane for Miami to be Grand Marshal of their gay pride festivities, and I can't get last night's RHNYC drama out of my head. I think I am expected to speak at some point and how in the hell am I not going to just get up there and somehow re-enact the shenanigans of Sonja and Alex?
Sonja was genuinely surprised by your response to last night's episode, but she brought her A-game to the Clubhouse. David Arquette was a very cool guy, and as the night went on, he really seemed to get into the absurdity of it all. He was giggling like a madman on the after show. The guy looks great, is 100 days sober, and seems like a very nice person. It was fun having him in the Clubhouse.
Sunday I fly home and head straight back for Tamra and her new beau Eddie. Wait till you see the game we're playing... In the meantime, here are some clips from last night, and the After Show:
Andy the viewers are between Alex and Sonja. After watching the episode and listening I was more concerned with what Romona had to say.
LOVE YOU ANDY!!!
Last night's show was great - David was funny and I think the crack he made at Sonja was hilarious!!!
Love love love Andy Cohen!! Dontcha just want to snuggle him, shop with him, and feed him NeNe Leake's cookies?! Haha!!
The shows are all called the housewives of...........but every one of them have women on them that are not married............why not just call it The Women of ...................
Andy, Just be your wonderful self. You will represent :-)
I felt that Sonja was more embarrased than surprised. She was very sheepish when WWHL started. Her body language was telling. You were very diplomatic which she may not have deserved. She took a very important political issue and belittled it for her own gain. What a shame!
Good luck Andy,
I know you will be great and think they made a great choice in you. No matter what happens, just remember, this day is alllll about you, hahaha. Truly special that they picked you for this honor and I think not only are you such a passionate person and positive role model, but think your relaxed and easygpoing nature will keep you from any rhony drama:)Great show last night
You are awesome! So entertaining to watch, I wish your show was longer! Btw, I actually thought David arquette seemed a bit stoned....hmmmmmm
I do not think that Sonia belittled the event. She just played up her grand marshal part in it. It is not the Gay Battle for Equality Show after all.
I'm surprised you weren't offended by Sonja's comments about "her gays". I thought this was an insulting comment and showed ha lack of sensitivity and understanding on her part. It seemed to me that part of Alex's angst was due to her frustration with the other ladies not taking the reason for the march as seriously as she did. And yet, for some bizarre reason, Sonja was chosen to be Grand Marshal. Go figure!
Andy, this is off the subject but I wonder if you have any thoughts on saving the soaps (AMC and OLTL).These are not my soaps but ATWT was and i still feel devastated by the way it ended and the fact that it's gone forever.Don't you think Bravo could do something to give soap fans some hope.Believe me if i didn't have a real life, I could have watched ATWT 24/7.i watch many of the shows on Bravo, but the soap audience is large and if one or two came back most fans would watch them.I would love to know your thoughts....thanks for your time...love you 1
