I realize all reality shows are contrived to some degree, but the RH practice of setting up dinner parties or worse, weekend getaways, that have no parallels at all in real life makes for unwatchable tv. I'm a selective RH viewer and skip those episodes or segments.  

When OC started, it gave at least the illusion of following people in their lives, bringing in their families, business associates, etc. That was actually entertaining, as are parts of some of the other shows that seem like semi-real life that's not centered on RH internal relationships. Putting the core cast members together in a  hothouse atmosphere that's set up to breed catfights or drunken outbursts, etc.,...a LITTLE of that goes a LONG way!

Hi Andy, I wish BRAVO had a Psychic-Medium show. Rebecca Rosen is really good. Dr. Oz just had her on. That would be a a really interesting show. The Shah show is really warped, Andy. I hope it's only one season. It's hard to believe that there are really people who behave like that. They are devoid of any values. BRAVO is better than that!

It was a sad to NOT know more about Shannen Doherty...wilst it was GOOD to know about Julianna's well being.....It is obvious that most people seek information about Juliana, and it is well deserved...HOWEVER your second guest got almost nothing....

Andy, I'm a Republican & so is most of my family. WE are NOT Gay haters. In fact, I can honestly say, I don't know anyone who truly hates gays...Republican or Democrat...seriously. One of my cousins & her partner are expecting a child & we are all so happy for them. BTW, she's a Republican... Furthermore, a male friend I grew up w/ who happens to be gay is a staunch Republican. He has had a life partner for approx 10 yrs now. Maybe if you pointed out the many left wingnuts who make homophobic jokes your fans wouldn't think you only target Republicans... This Republican still loves ya Andy, just wish you'd be more open minded on the subject.

Who do I vent to: I love all BRAVO shows BUT I am FRUSTRATED with the new 15 minute "sneak peeks"!!!!!!!!!! Since I have all the Real Housewives on DVR high priority these new additions screw with other shows if I don't double check.

How can we get BRAVO to STOP this new programming. If I want a sneak peek I can come online...right?! There must be others who have this issue.

Andy I am also a fan. I wish I could stay up all the time to see WWHL *live* on the west coast. Damn work!! Love that you are on 5 nights a week now.

A few comments. I think it is time for all the Real Housewives shows to have a make over, like NY had. Get rid of the bad and in with something new. Just a few seconds of the preview for NJ and we can already see it is a repeat of last season only amped. It was so hard to watch those families tearing each other up for the world to see. So sad.

Shah's of Sunset. I am reading the blogs and it is about split, but I am sorry that I can't watch that show either. It is too indulgent and maybe it is meant to be, but who on that show really relates to anyone in real life? Even those with money don't behave as these people do.

I came to BRAVO because of Project Runway and that is now gone. Then became a fan of Top Chef, I sure hope we don't get a repeat of TC: Texas, but look forward to Kat Cora's new show Around the World in 80 Plates. I would love to see America's Next Top Model (which you used to have on) again. Also there was a designer show...where interior designers redecorated rooms, I liked that.

It just seems there are too many shows with personal drama being repeated in different locations around the country. The saturation is a bit much.

Either way, I will always tune in to WWHL. I think "Plead The Fifth" is the best thing...keep your "three obsessions" and your "mozel/jackhole" bits as well. The games I rate about 50/50 which I bet you would agree.

Take good care and don't always feel the need to dress up so much, you look excellent in jeans!!!

OK Andy, I miss your daily BLOG, but understand you are busy. I am really losing interest in some of the RH shows. Time to make some changes.

RHOC - Get rid of everyone. We totally need new people. Sick of Tamara!!! Ok she has Eddie, lets move on. Vicki is just plain hard to watch. The others are just annoying.

RHOA - Keep Kandi and Phaedra. Everyone else tata.... RHONJ - Please replace everyone. RHOBH - Keep Lisa. Camille has already quit, Kim is just pathetic and Taylor enjoys being the victim (exhausting). Adrienne never really does anything except try to show how she can negotiate friendships. Boring. RHONYC - Hopeless. THe fact that you kept Ramona and Sonja shows you forgot to put on your thinking caps. I'm just telling you what I am hearing. If it wasn't for the DVR, I wouldn't be watching Atlanta or OC at all. There are better shows on other networks in those time slots.

Andy, You are the calm voice of reality after some of these crazy shows. I enjoy watching your show and your guests. You are always the perfect gentleman even thou I know sometimes you want to just stand up and throttle a couple of the housewives. You have a very hard job. Most of us have heard the little rumors that Taylor will be back next year. Most of will probably opt out of RHOBH rather than watch her. Bravo can't even let her blog because it would blow up the message boards about all the lies and BS she has caused. Sorry but we usually have RHOBH weekly viewing parties and now I guess it will be New Jersey and then nothing or possibly something else on another channel. Taylor ruins the experience. We will continue to watch alot of the other housewives shows just not BH.

For the record..I loved RHWDC. People have to understand that DC is a different beast. For God sake's...the federal government is ran here. However, I could definitely do without Miami. I like BH...so hope it is renewed. Just drop Kim Richards. Love the drama on ATL...my fav is Nene Leakes. I have to say...i am not looking forward to NJ. I can't take Teresa too much longer...she is a hater and i used to love her. Replace her...family drama on TV is way to much...and she is clearly doing it for the money.

About WWHL - I love PT5. Love the mazels and jackholes.

OK Andy, please please please please please please PLEASE get rid of those 15 minute preview thingys. Talk about annoying. I actually took your shows off my DVR because they kept being recorded and now I have to record episode by episode. So irritating to watch 10 or 15 minutes of a show only to realize that it was a preview. You mean I have to fast forward to where it left off when the actual episode airs? So not cool Andy, and I adore you, but not cool.

Also: Your new show Shahs - took it off the DVR too. Watched one episode, didn't get it...watched a second...felt like I think I would if I just found out I ate some pink slime meat. Bravo is just better than this.

Look forward each night to enjoy your show. I watch Teresa on Celebrity Apprentice and she appears a bit timid and not at all like the girl portrayed on RHONJ. Please tell me the RH shows are not phony!!!

Awwwwwwww Andy! I find myself constantly saying that when it comes to you! Someone once told me that I have a "nice aura", and I didn't know what that meant until now! You are so kind and sweet and witty and cute. You have that "little boy" quality that makes people want to give you a hug or friendly "noogie" to the head! I almost melted in my chair when someone was on your case in a e-mail about your tie, and instead of dissing them, you said "well...I try to do my best, and dress sharp"! please i need you to ask Jacklyn what is the big deal about Teresa asking her that question they are friends it is a simple yes or no question wouldn't she wanna know if she was in Teresa shoes. if it wasn't for Teresa her in-laws would not likes so is it because she is afraid and doesn't want to loose Caroline friendship that she is being edgy with Teresa and she needs to stop crying about everything its not cool any more she is a grown ass woman
