Bravotv.com: What is your craziest client story?
Joe Lazo: I really don’t have many crazy stories regarding a client because even though they themselves are crazy as hell sometimes, nothing crazy ever happens around me. Though I will say that the oddest thing I have that pertains to a client would be a client that I have that doesn’t listen to a damn thing I say. He does what he wants, when he wants to do it and for however long he wishes. I’m not joking, he literally ignores me the entire time during our appointment. That maniac also happens to be my publicist. lol
Bravotv.com: The other trainers seem to shade you a lot — why do you think that is?
JL: My mother always taught me if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all. I’ll leave it at that.
Bravotv.com: Do you really own 429 pairs of shoes?! What are your faves? (We’re just jealous here, really, ha).
JL: Yes, I 100% own that many shoes. But it’s more like 330-340 something. I gave over a hundred away to Housing Works and other charities over the past six months. But I did just snag about eight or nine (I forgot) pairs this past week so that’s why I lost count.
Bravotv.com: Tell us about your blow-up with Layla. What about her comments made you leave the bar?
JL: I didn’t have a blow-up with Layla. She isn’t enjoyable to interact with so I excused myself from her presence and went and engaged in something more enjoyable.
