Noah: I'm Not Into All The Bickering and Beef

Bravotv.com: We noticed some attraction between you and Miss USA – do you often have chemistry when your clients? Does it get in the way of training? 

Noah Neiman: I'm naturally a very flirtatious person. Just my personality. I'm a professional though. I never mix biz and pleasure...except once. My last girlfriend I met in class and we ended up dating for three and a half years, and I still love the girl. That's my homie. 

So no. It never gets in the way. I treat what I do very seriously, but I keep my personality as a trainer the same as it is when I'm not training. The studio is charged up with a lot of things...a little flirting and humor has always helped me lighten the mood with clients even though the work at hand is extremely challenging.

Bravotv.com: What is your craziest client story? 

NN: My client Rick who lost 80 plus pounds and completely got off all high blood pressure medications - and actually all medications - it’s pretty eff-ing crazy that training can heal a severely damaged body like that. Blows my mind how resilient the human body is when treated properly.

NN: There is almost nothing in this world I could care less about or want to put less thought into. People don't like each other. It happens. I'm not into all that bickering and beef.
