This episode was a lot of fun and i had a blast on the retreat, especially with Lisa and Erika. I love Erika. She is such a sweet person and I am so happy that we have become good friends, especially since we now share a mutual good friend ... AMY!

Going to Micah's house was fun too. Jackie matched us very well and training him was never a problem. We all know that Deenie is always complaining. Oftentimes people with weight issues, especially when they are more than 100 pounds overweight, complain a lot. Imagine you being 100 pounds or more overweight? I think I would be pretty uncomfortable, and I guess we will have to see if she steps it up and finds her inner strength to lose weight and get motivated.
