Not Much Left To Say

I don't have much left to say. Every time a season ends I am left with the thought, "What's next?" To be honest, I have no idea. Watching this season made me realize what one can do with an opportunity such as the one I was given. To reach a widespread audience is a gift, and I feel I was able to take advantage of the gift and help people gain faith (not pounds) that we all have the means to transform our lives. I continue to change and grow and it's not always easy. There are times I want to hide under the covers, but I don't. I face whatever I need to face. Sometimes I get knocked over, but I'm pretty good at picking myself up. At this juncture I have to thank those who help me up when I fall. My beautiful boyfriend or partner or whatever we call ourselves these days, Calen, inspires me everyday with love. My sister, Bethany, always keeps me on my toes. And Natalie, who reminds me that no matter how many times we lose our way we can always get back if we have faith and practice diligently every day.
I am so grateful to have had this season to share with all of you!

Now you totally switched your a chef for the people who live in Beverly Hills I saw you in the NEW REALITY SHOW I believe its on the Food Network channel there on the REALITY ban wagon I could care less cause that's all I watch LOVE them The Realhouseives are my utmost favorite since the OC started in 09 so been a fan before anyone heard about them love all cities anyhow ( didn't no you were a chef and a personal trainer?) That's good or is this a publicity stunt I confused but if you are that talented good luck!!!!!! But I did remember you from Jackies's show (just hada let you no that)!!!!

You're one of the main reasons I watch Workout... I love your candidness, you tell it like it is... there's a sensitive side to you that shines right through and that's so refreshing to see. Simply put you care. I want you to know that you do inspire people, you certainly have with me. You have a willingness to just "do" that just keeps me smiling. I've never written or commented on a blog until tonight. I hope you read this and smile because that's the gift you give to me, a smile, a giggle and even a thought provoking moment once in a while.
