Here We Go Again

Erika welcomes viewers back into the dysfunctional family!

Welcome back to our so perfectly dysfunctional family. Let's start with my bootcamp exercise. I swear I am not crazy, but the other trainers with the exception of Zen are just lazy!! Don't you find it interesting that none of the other trainers could do my boot camp exercise? What you guys missed behind the scenes was that everyone had asked me to please please make it simple. I just don't understand this concept.

A trainer needs to set an example not only must they be in physical shape, but even when they are tired, they have to push themselves to go above and beyond! I mean isn't that our JOB?? If we don't do it, then how on earth can we motivate your clients to do it?
