Is That Really Me?

Andre explains how the group has evolved since the first season.

Since the first season, I've been able to add to my list of VIP clients. Business is extremely good. I get noticed no matter what gym I decide to workout at, but I am used to it by now. So that's definitely been a big change. I have to say that seeing myself on television kinda sucks because I think I look better in person. It's still funny to turn on a Bravo rerun and see myself, it seems surreal sometimes. I am like, "Wow, is that really me?" -- and I just laugh.

It seems as though most fans seem to think that I am the only genuine trainer on the show other than Jackie. Most questions I get are about my other cast members like "What is Jackie like? or "What size boobs does Erika have...etc etc." The most amazing thing about this first episode, is that Mimi is still in the picture and Jackie hasn't called it quits with her. So many have seen that relationship to be self-destructive and it's still going on.

We all have grown since Season One and some relationships amongst the trainers are good and some are bad. It's really common when you have so many strong personalities working together -- stuff is going to happen. Everyone has something to stand up or fight for and you find out what those things are the more time you spend with people. The most striking thing to me about being on TV is how much bigger I am. When people see me in the streets the first thing they say is that you are small now. Give or take 5-7 pounds, I am pretty much the same year-round. Sometimes I may add a little muscle when I am not on camera but my weight stays the same.

My impression of Episode One is that it's very exciting being a part of Jackie's new venture Sky Lab. I love workouts that burn maximum calories and that's a major part of Sky Lab -- kicking client's butts. This venture is an exciting one but with that comes the pressure of being able to get the job done. The scariest part is Jackie's ongoing relationship with Mimi. Is it too late for therapy at this point or could this thing really work out?
