BravoTV.com: What were your first impressions when meeting the team you would be managing?

Elise Wims: That it's going to be an uphill battle managing a group with more Whistler experience. And that I was going to constantly have to justify why I was overqualified to do my job regardless of not fitting in with their idea of what their manager should look like.

BravoTV.com: What were you thinking when Jim called out your fashion choices during the meeting?

EW: That at least I look like I shower before work.

It's a Gondola Disaster

BravoTV.com: What was the first thought that went through your head when the client’s girlfriend started to become visibly and physically upset on the peak-to-peak gondola?

EW: That this was a disaster. I started blaming myself. At the same time, I was trying to remain calm and not panic.
