Jamie Jason Shares Before-and-After Photos from Her Weight Loss Journey

The Below Deck Mediterranean yachtie has some wise words about motivation.

Last summer, Below Deck Mediterranean's Jamie Jason revealed that she lost 24 pounds after embracing healthy eating. This week, the yachtie reflected on her body transformation in a series of photos with motivational captions.

"My weight loss came from eating right, surprisingly," the Cape Town native told The Lookbook last year. "Like they say it's 80 percent in the kitchen, 20 percent in the gym. I adopted a full vegan diet for a couple months, didn't last. But if there is any advice I would give it’s just healthy eating, stay away from the crap. It makes all the difference. I'm walking proof, basically."

Jamie also shared a bit about her fitness routine: "If I do weights, I become heavy and bulky," she shared. "So I stay away from weights and I just do cardio, if I have to go to the gym."

But maybe her most insightful piece of advice is: "Make changes for yourself, not to gain the affection of others."
