João Franco Fires Back After Getting Shamed on Instagram for His "Dad Bod"

João Franco has no time for the haters. The Below Deck Mediterranean bosun lets the negative opinions of others roll off his back, and never has that been clearer than today. 

The yachtie just posted a photo to Instagram from a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. João posed shirtless in front of the step-and-repeat, flexing his muscles and showing off his large chest tattoo. We think this pic of João is exactly what our Tuesday needed, but apparently the Zimbabwe native felt a bit of anxiety before posting.

"After getting a little backlash for these pics, I almost started explaining myself," the bosun wrote in the caption — but he had a change of heart. "And then I thought, F&@k the haters. You do you! And don't let anyone change who you are. I truly couldn't be happier. And it started with respecting and trusting myself before I learnt to respect and trust others," João wrote, adding the hashtag "dad bod."
