Did Beyonce's Pregnancy-Announcement Style Reveal The Gender Of Her Twins?

So, do you remember where you were when Beyonce dropped her news? We were here, watching social media blow up with excitement over the fact that Queen Bey is pregnant. With twins! (We may have done a little happy dance, too.)

After processing the glorious news, we were onto the next natural step: dissecting the fashion in the lavishly styled announcement.

We asked one of our favorite stylists, Ladies of London's Juliet Angus, to weigh in on the Lemonade singer's intriguing ensemble in the photo, and it made her wonder if she's giving a nod to her scheduled and still-expected headline gig at an upcoming music festival. "It's kind of a Coachella vibe there," Juliet told Lookbook. Well, that does look like a giant flower crown behind Beyoncé, which is a staple of any Coachella attendees' ensemble, as well as ladies celebrating Midsummer's Eve.

Juliet also said that the retro look and veil featured in the pic made it seem like Beyoncé was not only channeling the Virgin Mary but also a fellow music icon. "It looks like it's from 20 years ago. It's kind of à la Madonna... 'Like a Prayer,'" she said, referring to the Material Girl's iconic music video filled with religious imagery.

But Beyoncé can basically do no wrong in Juliet's book. "Who are we to complain?" she said. "It's Beyoncé, right?"

But, fans weren't only wondering where to buy the flirty pieces. Instead, they got busy analyzing what it all means. "Blue knickers pink bows on bra, an underlying message maybe," one commenter wrote. Another fan confidently declared: "She's having a boy and a girl." And, the comments—all 406,400-plus of them—carry on in a similar vein.

Of course, the fact that she's wearing both pink and blue could simply mean that Beyonce's not revealing anything just yet. Well, besides her perfect baby bump.
