Get Your Game of Thrones On With These Decadent Menu Items Inspired By the Show

These restaurants' Games of Thrones-inspired dishes totally rule.

Before season six of Game of Thrones drops on Sunday, you'll want to get into the right frame of mind. And what better way to do it than by feasting on some noble GOT-inspired eats and drinks at these five restaurants?

Ribs of the North at Beaker & Gray, Miami

Miami restaurant and bar Beaker & Gray is offering a feast fit for the Seven Kingdoms. Its Game of Thrones-inspired dishes include the Ribs of the North, served with dragon fruit and wild berries, Valyrian Grinder bread with pulled mutton and Valyrian mushrooms, and Red Wedding (red-velvet) doughnut holes. Wash it all down with the Manticore Venom cocktail, a fierce blend of pear brandy, blackberry wine and fruit. Photos courtesy of Cortney Cates.

Cersei's Braided Duck Pie at Viviane, Los Angeles

The midcentury-modern Viviane, in Beverly Hills's Avalon Hotel, is celebrating the return of GOT with the showstopping Cersei's Braided Duck Pie. Dig into seared duck breast and a confit duck leg hash made with cabbage, mirepoix (the classic mix of onions, carrots and celery), and mushrooms. It’s topped with anise-scented red wine jus (because who loves wine more than Cersei?), plus charred under-ripe peaches and a regal black truffle vinaigrette. Photo courtesy of Viviane.

Whole Beasts at Restaurant 1833, Monterey, CA

Dine like a Lannister at Restaurant 1833 in Monterey this spring: The menu is offering large shareable plates of nose-to-tail animals including suckling pig, roasted King salmon, and wood-fired baby goat. Photo courtesy of Restaurant 1833.

Game of Thrones Lamb Chops at The Guild, Los Angeles

L.A.’s The Guild is racking up points with GOT fans thanks to its Game of Thrones Lamb Chops. A full rack of New Zealand chops, complete with a large knife planted face-down in the middle, comes with brown butter pommes puree and blood-red pomegranate sauce. Photo courtesy of The Guild.

Seven Kingdoms Hoppy Wheat Ale at Umami Burger, New York City, Chicago, Las Vegas, L.A

All hail the mighty Seven Kingdoms Hoppy Wheat Ale at Umami Burger. At its branches in New York City, L.A. Chicago and Las Vegas, the burger joint is serving up (for a limited time only) this powerful show-inspired brew, designed to pair with its signature juicy patties.
