It seems that the love for Gilmore Girls will never die. There was the four-part Netflix reboot last year, along with a whole slew of Luke's Diner pop-ups around the country that Netflix hosted to promote the show.
And now obsessed fans will soon have a new way of combining two of their biggest addictions—Scott Patterson, who played Luke Danes on the show, just announced he's launching his own coffee brand, PEOPLE reports. Very appropriate, considering Luke ran the creatively named Luke's Diner and spent many episodes fueling the Stars Hollow gang with endless cups of coffee.
Sadly, it won't be called "Luke's Coffee" or "Gilmore Fix" or anything like that. Instead, Patterson revealed it'll be named Scotty P’s Big Mug Coffee. Apparently, he's "obsessed" with quality coffee (who isn't?) and has been working on his brand during his acting downtime.
No word yet on when exactly we can expect to see Scotty P's hitting the shelves: “We’re almost ready to launch, but we want to have our ducks in a row before we come out with it,” Patterson said in an interview with WealthManagment.com. Guess we'll just have to wait with bated breath...along with the follow-up Netflix installment of Gilmore Girls.
