Jared Kushner is losing friends—not like he cares.

Being father-in-law Donald Trump’s sidekick and advisor has cost him many lifelong friends, a source tells Business Insider, and Jared has come up with a handy way to describe the process of dumping some pals you no longer see as useful.

The site spoke with numerous people who know Jared, 36, before and during the Trump campaign, and they say that he doesn’t really see the problem in losing friends who don’t’ agree with his politics. He's callig it “exfoliation.”

Yes, like the refreshing skin technique which reveals glowing skin.

“He is shedding dead relationships like skin cells being scrubbed from a body,” reports BI.

"The hope was that with Jared, there at least was someone who was smart and thoughtful and potentially doing the right things behind the scenes," one person who previously worked with him told BI.

“But people ‘hate him right now,’ the source says. "Not just him as a person so much but what he stands for and the fact that he hasn't been able to use his position to do anything meaningful for what we stand for."

Former pals have called his new attitude and position of power “terrible,” and disruptive,” while Jared himself told a former business partner that he is seeing “which friendships break in the wind.”
