These Beauty Bloggers' Makeup Collabs Always Fly Off the Shelves: Find Out Why!
Shop their beauty palettes while you can!
This fall isn't just about Fenty Beauty. There are other beauty stars with a huge following—ok, maybe not a huge as Rihanna—who have been launching makeup collections this time of year. Here are five huge beauty YouTubers to know who either just dropped or are about to release their own makeup lines and collaborations this month.
Why do these vloggers' beauty products constantly sell out? Here's our best guess: they have nearly 17 million followers between them, their fans already know and love them and trust their recommendations, they create video tutorials for their own products, and in most cases, the products don't cost an arm and a leg. That's always nice when you're buying makeup online without testing it out first.
1. Desi Perkins: 2.6 Million YouTube Subscribers
When Desi Perkins isn't doing Kim Kardashian's makeup (no biggie, right?), this former freelance makeup artist turned vlogger is working on her own product lines. She just teamed up last month with fellow YouTuber LustreLux for a collection with Dose of Color called Desi x Katy Collection. The collab sold out entirely in 24 hours, according to Allure.
But if you like Desi and Katy's “The Girls” palette with glittery bronze and champagne shades or their burgundy liquid matte lipstick, stay tuned. Dose of Color is planning to restock the collab this month.
2. Huda Kattan: 2 Million YouTube Subscribers
Named the world's wealthiest influencer, Dubai-based YouTuber Huda Kattan turned her hustle and makeup skills into her own full-fledged beauty line. It all started with false eyelashes, and now she’s expanded to lip contour kits, matte lipstick, and nail products—and some are available at Sephora too! Her newest palette with 18 shades is out September 18th, and it's expected to sell out.
3. Sophdoesnails: 500,000 YouTube Subscribers
20-year-old British YouTuber Sophdoesnails posts a lot of fun haul videos, and she just rolled out her own collab this month with Makeup Revolution. She created a highlighter palette with eight pretty shades, and a massive eyeshadow palette that even includes colors for eyebrows. Both are under $15.
4. NikkieTutorials: 7.5 Million YouTube Subscribers
This 23-year-old Dutch YouTuber started uploading beauty tips when she was just 14, and now she has a massive following. Her Power of Makeup video about makeup shaming has 36 million views, and she just added to her resume by replicating that look with Kim K.’s makeup too. Nikkie's latest collab with Ofra is out now and its called “Glow Baby Glow Collection." That's highlighters, of course, with one named "Blind the Haters."
5. Kandee Johnson: 3.9 Million YouTube Subscribers
Kandee Johnnson is kind of like a cartoon character come to life: one of her most popular videos is about how to do your makeup like a Barbie doll. Her very girly new "I Want Kandee" collab with Too Faced just hit stores and the licorice liner and banana pudding-scented powder already sold out. Restock, please!
