She isn't claiming miracles per se... but says she hasn't had a breakout in six years.

Natalie Portman usually looks like perfection on the silver screen and on the red carpet, but the actress suffered from adult acne breakouts for years until she made a small but key shift in her diet.

"I’m vegan and I found my skin is much, much better than when I was a vegetarian. I cut out dairy and eggs, and I never had a breakout after," she told The Cut. "That was definitely a discovery."


She's not necessarily saying it will work for everyone who tries it, since there might be factors like age that also contribute. 

"It’s personal; everyone has different sensitivity," she said. "I also did it when I was 30, so it might have been an age thing."

According to Men's Health, milk can cause inflammation that leads to zits.

And of course, nobody wants blemishes on their faces. But if you enjoy the satisfaction of popping zits, you could always just buy a cake for the express purpose of squeezing its pimples, because that's a trend now. (Why, universe, why?)
