There are divorce parties, many happy ones, but divorced women often keep their husband’s last name, whether it’s because of the kids or they just like it better.

But for those who want to drop all traces of their ex, “reclaim your name” parties are the way to go. Khloé Kardashian kicked off the trend with a celebration and a cake version of her California license showing the Odom dropped from the end of her hyphenated name. Bye Lamar.

Khloé had taken on Odom (with a Kardashian hyphenate), but switched back to have famous maiden name (solo) following her divorce from the former NBA player.

"It's a good day!" Khloé says, a far cry from when she was still stuck on Lamar and trying to make it work despite his troubles. The two were married in 2009 just a month after they first met.

The 32-year-old reality star wasn’t popping champagne or going nuts, but she did look happy as she blew out the candles and reclaimed her single status.

Even more to celebrate was the Revenge Body host’s fit figure, as her weight was listed as “Skinny Bitch.”

Kim reveals in her video that her younger sister's passport was changed as well.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star filed for divorce in 2013, but it was not finalized until December 2016 because of Lamar’s hospitalization after being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel.
