Mommy-to-be Serena Williams is learning how to swaddle.

The tennis champ and fiance Alexis Ohanian prepared for parenthood by hitting a baby class, where they learned all sorts of caring for baby techniques.

“Baby class 101,” Williams, 35, wrote on a Snapchat video of a baby doll wrapped in a blanket.

“Good swaddling, Serena! Yes,” she said of herself. As for Alexis’ work, she said, “Look at this student. Oh, what happened?”

While he held the doll like a football, Serena instructed him “Sir, that’s not how you carry the baby.”

In April, Serena announced her surprise pregnancy, but hasn’t yet revealed the sex of the baby.

In Vanity Fair‘s August issue, she revealed it took six pregnancy tests to accept the fact that she was going to have a baby.

“If you would have told me last year in October or November that I would have a baby, not be pregnant but have a baby, I would have thought you were the biggest liar in the world,” she said.

Meanwhile, Alexis revealed on Jimmy Kimmel Live that he suspects the duo are having a girl.

“We have our hunches. She put it really well — she won the Australian Open while pregnant, and she remarked that she feels like it has to be a girl because everything that little baby went through and handled like a champ, only a woman could be strong enough to take on,” he said. “If anything, it’s really just reinforced how amazing and strong and powerful and awesome women are.”
