So, This is What It's Like to Travel in a Victoria's Secret Jet
Hint: It involves champagne, silky eye masks, and gorgeous seatmates.
While we're still digesting our Thanksgiving leftovers, somewhere on earth, 53 models are ready to bare it all in dazzling lingerie. Naturally, that somewhere is Paris. Victoria's Secret will tape its 2016 Fashion Show in the City of Lights on Wednesday, and the Angels and their gorgeous friends have already landed. (Cue the happy accordion music.) Yesterday, the crew of leggy, social-media-savvy ladies boarded the Victoria's Secret jet, and took plenty of snaps of their jaunt to France. And while we're glad we can watch the show on December 5 from the comfort of our couch, wearing sweatpants (see: the aforementioned mashed-potatoes sitch), we are pretty jealous of how these glamazons get around. Here's a peek inside the pink-tinged voyage to the VS runway.
1. The Prep Suite
Before boarding the plane in New York, models headed to a prep suite for some one-on-one time with a hair and makeup team—and all the requisite materials for those classic VS beach waves. Since we usually sneak in touchups at the airport Duty Free (those Creme de la Mer testers are everything!), we're pretty jealous.
2. The Uniform
The girls—including our pals Bella and Kendall—were perfectly coordinated for the trip. The look, if you're taking notes: pink tees reading "Victoria's Secret Paris 2016," paired with skinny jeans and boots.
3. The Photo Op
Before hopping on the jet, the models posed pretty in front of a pink step-and-repeat. They had plenty of thematic props on hand, including French flags and miniature Eiffel towers.
4. The Golden Ticket
Thought we were kidding? The cross-Atlantic ticket really was golden, white, and as girly as can be.
5. The Swag
To make the flight extra comfy, Victoria's Secret plied its passengers with cozy gifts. There were blankets at each seat, and silky eye masks at the ready.
6. The In-Flight Menu
Naturally, the flight kicked off with a champagne toast. The models were also offered egg-white omelets, blueberry pancakes, filet mignon, and more.
7. The Arrival Gift
When they arrived in Paris, our lingerie-loving heroines found an extra-sweet turndown service: pink-chocolate Eiffel towers.
8. The Sightseeing
Before they head to work, the girls have to see the legendary sites. Today, they're exploring the city in matching silk bomber jackets from Pink. The show will air next week, but—trust—we'll be keeping up with the models' social-media feeds every second until then.
