Stop Everything: You Need to Appreciate Katie Holmes' Perfect Pixie Cut

There are plenty of celebrities who change up their hair on a near-daily basis, but Katie Holmes is not one of them. So, we let out an office-wide scream when we caught wind of the news: Holmes just changed up her style in a major way. We're not talking a mere, subtle snip here, either — the actress has a full-on pixie cut. 

Holmes stepped out in New York City yesterday looking very Audrey Hepburn with her new, short 'do. She wore a sweater decked with sailor stripes, and perfectly fitted blue jeans. 

Here's a peek at the new look, which is so much shorter than the shoulder-grazing locks we're used to seeing on Holmes. We're also kind of living for her oversized sunnies, which feel very Jackie O.

Holmes isn't the only Dawson's Creek alum who recently changed up her tresses. Busy Phillips loves her new Millennial pink coif so much, she gave her BFF Michelle Williams a matching style.
