Aviva and Carole's BookGate Feud Hits Twitter

Just two episodes into the new season of Real Housewives of New York—and there's already a huge feud brewing.
What's at issue: Aviva Drescher, seeking help from Carole Radziwill on writing her memoir Leggy Blonde, is alleging the Carole had help with a ghostwriter for her first book, What Remains. Carole has vehemently denied it, but that didn't stop the two from continuing their feud on Twitter—and it didn't take long for Heather Thomson and Kristen Taekman to join in.
