Vicki Gunvalson might be an Orange County girl, but that doesn't mean that Tupelo, Mississippi doesn't have love for her.

The Real Housewives of Orange County star recently received a key to the city and became an honorary citizen. You might be wondering what her connection to Tupelo is. Well, as it turns out, it's the hometown of her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Brooks Ayers.

Last week, Vicki shared some photos from her trip to visit Mississippi State University, where she took in some football. She was joined by Brooks for the outing. "So much fun being on the MSU football field with #melaniemusum," she wrote.

In fact, Vicki is already oozing Southerm charm on social media after the accolade. "MSU Football weekend. It's cold, but the people here are so WARM and welcoming. #thankyou, #gobulldogs," she wrote.

It's been a big fall for Vicki. In addition to the honor in Tupelo, she also welcomed another grandchild, Owen, earlier this year. And the OC grandma revealed what it's been like between the tot and his older brothers, Troy.

"Troy doesn't really like [Owen] yet!" Vicki shared when Owen was first born. "He gave him a toy car yesterday and that was his first interaction, like, 'If you're going to stick around, you have to play cars!' He doesn't really get why the baby is here."
