Olivia Munn is So Over This Fitness Trend

Olivia Munn loves beef jerky. Seriously! The actress recently invested in Chef's Cut Real Jerky, and has said that the snack helps her stay slim. But, she also works out—just not on a bike in a dark room.

When The Lookbook met up with Olivia at a recent event for Chef's Cut, the affable star opened up about the fitness craze she just doesn't get. "A fitness trend I did twice, begrudgingly, is SoulCycle or Flywheel," she told us. "I can't sit there in a dark room pedaling a bike to loud music. I don't want to run, and I don't want to bike," she revealed. Fair enough.

So, what does the actress do to stay in such amazing shape? "I do martial arts," she said. "I did tae kwon do growing up, and I got back into it when I was training for X-Men...I like something where there's a goal. If I want to learn how to do this 360-degree roundhouse kick, I'll do the lunges and the leg work to get there. A better ass was never good enough to get me to [work out.]"
