No, it’s not a lack of trust or even what to watch on TV. Anyone know the feeling of holding a smooth remote control in your hand? I don't.
What’s causing the worst—and most—arguments ever between couples is waiting around for your partner.
It causes roughly 30 arguments between couples a year, a new poll has found. Rescue Remedy found that it’s usually the woman who is late, and one in four were found to be late to weddings because they were being disorganized. Only 16 percent of men were chronically late to dates and events with their partner. Hello, makeup and hair anyone?
One in five women admitted to being late to work often, where 13 percent of men admitted the same.
The survey also found that 65 percent of women thought they were super organized and ready for things in time, in comparison to 55 percent of men.
But the survey did show that when it came to holiday preparations and packing, women were way more prepared while men left both of those to the last minute.
“For many couples, they will be familiar with the scenario of one of them waiting around for the other one, who is still getting ready,” a spokesman for Rescue Remedy said.
“But this can result in both of you being late – something those who are organized will hate. So, it’s not surprising to see this leads to so many rows within the nation’s households – adding to the worry and stress which already comes from being late."
The poll surveyed 2,000 adults.
