No doubt about it: dressing as a music icon was cauldron-hot for Halloween 2017. Beyoncé dressed as Lil' Kim, Jay-Z dressed as The Notorious B.I.G; and not one, not two, but three celebrities morphed into Selena Quintanilla,.
Though the icon was killed in 1995, her legacy is stronger than ever. In 2016, M.A.C. released a gorgeous makeup collection inspired by the singer — and it quickly sold out. Just last month, Forever 21 put out Selena-inspired merchandise, and the retailer could barely keep the collection in stock. And, that's not all: On November 3, the "Dreaming of You" crooner will get her own, dedicated star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Indeed, the time is right to fete Selena — and here's how three stars did just that.
Demi Lovato was among the famous faces who opted to celebrate the music legend this Halloween. Lovato paid tribute to the icon in a sexy bodysuit with flared legs, a long, dark wig that gave her Selena's signature bangs, and a bright pop of red lipstick.

America Ferrera also felt the Selena love. For the Halloween episode of Superstore, Ferrera's character Amy also used a flared bodysuit, a thick, lustrous 'do, and a ruby-red pout to captured the singer. The actress approved of her character's look, and took to Instagram to say: "I am v. excited about Amy's costume choice."
Kim Kardashian West also chose to celebrate the stylish singer. Using that famous purple bodysuit as her inspiration, the KKW Beauty mogul hit Chrissy Teigen and John Legend's party in a curve-hugging look and a glossy black wig that captured Selena's signature look.

Now if you'll excuse us, we're off to blast "Bidi Bidi Bom Bom" and stalk the internet for a purple bodysuit. Halloween 2018 will be here soon enough!
