Toast the Dog’s Wedding Dress is Up for Auction (For Charity of Course)

The first anniversary is paper, and she's giving it all to charity.

In case you missed it, Toast the Dog has already told us all about why her life is better than ours. Among the reasons? Her elaborate dog wedding to Finn Hearst that aired last year on The Real Housewives of New York City—to which she wore a custom Marchesa wedding gown paired with $175,000 in diamonds, natch.

It’s been one year since the dog wedding of the century, and Toast is celebrating in the most magical way possible: by auctioning off her gown to benefit Friends of Finn, a committee that works with the Humane Society to end the inhumane treatment of dogs in puppy mills.

The auction is being hosted by Zola Registry which also helped arrange Toast and Finn’s nuptials (er, puptials). The highest bidder will win Toast’s gown, a personal note from Toast, and a copy of her book, ToastHampton: How to Summer in Style.

The contest is set to close soon, and at the time of publication, the bid was already up to $400! Here’s hoping the number keeps climbing in the name of charity. Happy anniversary, Toast and Finn!
