Bravoholic Trivia Giveaway Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. Open only to legal U.S. residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of October 19, 2021. The Bravoholic Trivia Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on October 19, 2021 at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and continue through October 19, 2021 at 9:00 P.M. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period, use your personal Twitter account to visit the Bravo Twitter account located at https://twitter.com/BravoTV (the “Website”) and click the “follow” button to follow @BravoTV. After you follow @BravoTV, locate the Sweepstakes announcement trivia tweet thread that will be posted on the Website on October 19, 2021 at or about 3:00 P.M. ET (the “Trivia Tweet Thread”) and reply to at least one (1) of the ten (10) trivia tweets (collectively, “Trivia Tweets”, each a “Trivia Tweet”) with a “comment” which includes your answer (“Answer”) to the trivia question (“Question”) (each, an “Entry”, collectively “Entries”). Answer to Question will not affect your chances of winning. The Entry must be submitted via a “comment” on the Post and include “@BravoTV” or Entry will not be valid. A Twitter account is required to enter the Sweepstakes. If you do not already have a Twitter account, you can go to https://www.twitter.com/ to create a free Twitter account. Please note that you must agree to comply with the Twitter Terms of Use in order to create a Twitter account. If your Twitter profile is set to the “Protect my Tweets” setting, your Entry may be disqualified and rejected as ineligible for consideration in the Sweepstakes. You must follow @BravoTV throughout the Sweepstakes Period and for at least fifteen (15) days thereafter (for potential notification purposes) to participate in the Sweepstakes and be eligible to win. You may unfollow @BravoTV after the fifteen (15) day notification period. 

If you choose to submit your Entry via your web-enabled mobile device, data rates may apply.  See your wireless service provider for details on rates and capabilities. All Entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged. Limit one (1) Entry per person per Trivia Tweet, for a total of up to ten (10) Entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period. On or about October 20, 2021, Bravo Media LLC and NBCUniversal Media, LLC (“Sponsors”) will randomly select ten (10) winners (“Winners”, each a “Winner”) from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period; one (1) Winner will be selected from among Entries for each Trivia Tweet. Sponsors will award ten (10) prizes (“Prizes”, each a “Prize”) to Winners; one (1) Prize will be awarded to each Winner. Each Prize will consist of one (1) Not All Diamonds and Rosé hardcopy book. Prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsors. Limit one (1) Prize (defined below) per family or household.  Winners must respond within three (3) days of Prize notification from Sponsors. Sponsors' decisions, including, but not limited to, selection of Winners and substitution of Prizes, cannot be appealed. Estimated retail value of each Prize is twenty dollars ($20). Total ERV of all Prizes is two hundred dollars ($200). Actual retail value may vary. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to indemnify, and release and hold harmless, Sponsors, Twitter, and their affiliated companies, from any liability that may occur from participation in the Sweepstakes and/or use of Prizes. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Prizes are the sole responsibility of Winners. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered, or associated with Twitter. Entrants are providing information to Sponsors and not to Twitter.
