Brielle Biermann's never been shy about plumping up her lips, whether via the Don't Be Tardy girls' lip kit line KAB Cosmetics or a little filler.

"I was always insecure about [my lips], especially from when I started high school," Brielle explains in the video above. "All my friends had beautiful, full lips. They looked so good. I thought to be beautiful you had to have full lips because everybody that I thought was pretty had huge lips."

After wanting fuller lips for years, she decided to go for it "right when I turned 18 — right when I graduated [high school], actually," Brielle continued, saying, "I went straight to L.A. and my mom took me to the best and that was that."

This week, she posted a selfie to show off a little touch-up from her plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills, Garo Kassabian, MD.
