It Seems Neither Kim Zolciak-Biermann Nor Brielle Like Their Own Lips Right Now
The Don't Be Tardy matriarch gives an update on her and Brielle's lip injection journeys.
Brielle Biermann has been on quite the journey with her lips. In January, the Don't Be Tardy daughter made the surprising announcement that she removed the fillers in her lips after years of injection. Then, in February, as part of her lip transformation, she re-injected her lips to achieve her desired shape. “I didn’t realize how crazy it looked. I feel looking back, my lips really looked a little crazy,” Brielle told PEOPLE.
Kim Zolciak-Biermann followed suit with her own lip transformation. In late February, the Biermann matriarch also dissolved her lip fillers and re-injected her lips. But are both ladies happy with their new pouts?
On May 18, Kim appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen: @ Home and gave an update on where both she and Brielle are with their lip makeovers. When Andy Cohen asked, "Is Brielle still committed to not going overboard with the lip fillers?" Kim responded, "Neither one of us are overly happy with our lips right now." In the WWHL After Show clip above, she explained, "It's a work in progress." As for Brielle's lip fillers, Kim revealed, "They're pretty much gone."
Kim also shared that both she and Brielle recently paid a visit to the doctor behind their new pouts, Dr. Thuy Doan. Kim said they were Dr. Doan's "first" clients once Atlanta reopened. "She did my Botox and touched up my lips a little bit. I get migraines just in general, so the Botox actually really helps me in the back of my neck."
When Andy asked if Brielle got Botox as well, she replied, "No." She explained, "Brielle did her lips. She wanted to outline — this makes no sense to you, I know — but just outline the actual lip line itself, so that pops sometimes."
She added, "Brielle's 23, honey, she's gonna do no matter what, what she wants to do."
